Julian hails from Camden, South Carolina, home of the Camden Bulldogs and the Carolina Cup. Julian came to the low-country to attend Charleston Southern University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. Julian then went on to attend Charleston School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. While at Charleston Law Julian was a member of the Federal Courts Law Review, Judicial Intern to the Honorable Mikell R. Scarborough, President of the Black Law Students Association, Senator for the Student Bar Association, and the 2015 recipient of the Civility Award which is given to the student who exemplifies the highest standard of moral character and professionalism. After graduating law school Julian took an associate position with a local personal injury firm where he gained experience evaluating and handling claims for clients across the state of South Carolina.
Now at the Peper Law Firm, Julian is focusing his legal practice on civil litigation and family law to better serve the local community. Whether it is a car wreck, dog-bite, wrongful death, divorce, or custody matter Julian is happy to assist clients in any way possible to bring about a resolution. When he is not at work Julian enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Aris, and their two dogs while cheering on Duke basketball and his beloved Dallas Cowboys.
